Immune System Boosters

The weather is changing around here in Florida, and our bodies are fighting to figure out what to do with the temperature change. The body can only take on so much at one time before it gets sick, shuts down and limits the ability to do much an anything except rest and recover.

You see, our system puts limits on us whether we want it nor not. But our mind and ego keep saying "do more" or "I give up". This is the time to dig deep! When you feel up against a wall, goals seem far away, or the people you "hang" with are limiters of your dreams. Dare to blossom! Move through the transition with steadiness. be happy and know you grow where you are planted.
